 i'm mindy! i am the photographer behind nordic soul photo, and also the planner of sweet retreats! i was originally born in sweden, but now live here in alberta with my daughter (my mini-me), my husband and newest arrival, our son kellen. my passion for photographing elopements vow renewals, weddings and all the intimate moments in between comes from my love of meeting new people and making connections through love and adventure. when i'm not out adventuring with one of my couples, im teaching kindergarten-grade 6 littes, and i absolutely love it.

I am a full-time, mama to one adorable little boy named hayden, a passionate photographer, and now, your retreat host! For this shoot in Antiparos, the mood is set with the romance of a STUNNING sunset Elopement! FAQ

In order to book your spot on this 'once in a lifetime' retreat you will need to fill out the contact page located under "Book Now". Once completed you will receive a contract and invoice. As soon as your non-refundable deposit of $500 US has been paid & contract is signed, you're in! CONGRATS!!

As soon as you have paid your deposit you can go ahead and book your flights! This is such an exciting step in my opinion, as it makes it all feel so much more real!! Athens Airport will be the airport to fly into depending on where you are coming from! From there you will ferry to Paros! 

Final Payments will be due August.5, 2024. Two months before we leave! Payment plans are available upon request, 

The best part- Enjoy the trip and take ALL the photos! I will have locations picked and all the models ready to go for each session! We are so excited to work with all of you and see what you create!!

Last step- Head home and edit all of your beautiful work!! We will send you the contact information for all of the models and vendors so you can share your photos with them. 

You are free to post any photos that you take so long as you tag your hosts as the planners, and all of the participating vendors. 

1) WHAT IF I PAY BUT HAVE TO BACK OUT? 
Your tickets are non-refundable due to the cost of the retreat on our end. However, they are transferable! If you have paid for part of the trip or the full trip already, you are able to sell your ticket to someone else. Just make sure to let me know so that I can update the information and send them a contract as well. 

2) ARE THERE PAYMENT PLANS?
Yes, of course! You can pay in any kind of instalments you would like as long as the initial $500US deposit is paid on the day of booking, and the full payment is made by August.5, 2024. Make sure to let me know if you would like to use a payment plan! 

3) ARE THERE MEALS INCLUDED IN THE RETREAT?
We will be supplying Breakfast snacks, snacks and a welcome dinner at the Airbnb.

4) WILL WE HAVE TIME TO EXPLORE?
Yes, we have incorporated free time into our retreat!!

5) WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Once you have booked we will send out a welcome package with a list of all the essentials you should be packing! 

6) IS THIS ITINERARY SET IN STONE?
No, there is always a chance that plans could change. However, these are the daily outlines and we will try to get as close to it as possible. 

7) WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS? 
We shoot rain or shine!! Make sure to pack for any situation!
